Die Panne

Short Summary (English)

A man waits at the side of the motorway with a tow rope, waiting for a car to tow him. Many, many cars go by without stopping until the driver of a small dilapidated car takes pity on him. The rope is attached. The other end of the rope leads to a pot-hole in the road. Lurking insides the pot-hole is a surprise.

Short Summary (German)

Auf der Autobahn steht ein Mann mit Abschleppseil und hofft auf Hilfe. Kein Fahrer hält. Schließlich erbarmt sich der Chauffeur eines kleinen, klapprigen Gefährts. Das Seil wird verknotet. Nach dem ersten Wagen werden die in einem Loch verborgenen weiteren Fahrzeuge, schwarze Limousinen und Begleitstaffeln sichtbar. Das kleine Auto muß einen ganzen Staatskordon abschleppen.

Short Summary (Other Languages)

Sur l'autoroute un homme attend, un câble de remorquage à la main, que quelqu'un vienne le dépanner. Beaucoup de voitures passent sans s'arrêter et puis le conducteur d'une petite voiture déglinguée est pris de pitié. Le câble est fixé à sa voiture. L'autre extrêmité du câble va se perdre dans un nid-de-poule où se cache une surprise. (Französisch)
